Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please read with care. We would like to begin with a big thank you to our guests! We feel guests who visit repeatedly respect and value the professional nature of our work. While policies are here to protect stylists, they also protect guests who may be waiting for an appointment. 

Reservations for services under 3 hours require 48 hours' notice. 

Reservations for services over 3 hours require 96 hours' notice. 

If an appointment is a no-show or is canceled outside of policy, the fee is 50% of the services booked. 

Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit for 50% of the service is collected. Deposits/fees are not applied to a future booking. 

In those rare situations when life happens, we will work to fit you in. Our scheduling system records all occurrences to prevent abuse of our policies. Thank you for your understanding!
